As we already know, he freed himself from Kabuto's control. So we can say that Kabuto can't do anything with him anymore. Unless he gets killed by Nagato, who is being controlled by Kabuto, then no.

Well, I wish he can stay "alive" till he meets Sasuke and beats the crap out of him.

But I don't think that he's BACK for good. He's already dead. I don't really know how this Edo Tensei works. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see. xD

Kabuto said that his Edo will be able to go on even if the original user was dead. Kishi has left a loop hole. He will do whatever he wants to do in future.
