I don't know how the age system works in afterlife. From what we have seen by Edo Tensei, people come back at the age they died. Not 100% sure though.

To be honest, I'm trying to figure out what that was. It's a bit hard in my opinion because it's kinda mind boggling to me that Obito ended up being a little kid in the afterlife. Well, not only Obito, but Kakashi, too. In the Pein arc, we saw Kakashi be the same age when he died and met his father. So I really don't get what kind of logic Kishi was trying to put here.
