Is it wrong to think that Tobirama has a sage mode?

Tobirama's markings. . . they are permanent, like Jiraiya's. . . and Jiraiya "combined" them with blood when he was about to enter Sage Mode. . . hmm

I think he resemble more of wolf if you look at em Hashiriama representing woods a forest while Tobirama represent a woods so tobirama is nothing without Hashi
