NOT only to follow a girl you like, but most animes has shown guys follows the girl they like and often appear when something important happens.

It is not easy to talk a girl you like, but she doesn't like you.

So here is my question. Can I follow her and appear in front of her anytime, for an example procteting her. I know it sounds weird, however can I do that?
