When you consider something like Naruto, it's art and yes you can be attracted to art in various ways, and it's not in particular unhealthy parse, but it's also not something you should base your entire life around. I wouldn't expect you to find a woman in real life that's like Tsunade in every way, because obviously she's a factual character.

Just keep it healthy and keep it in the back of your mind when your out there meeting and talking to woman. Also keep in mind, there are girls out there who will do a lot to make a man's fantasy come to fruition, it's just about meeting the right one.
