I've heard contrasting claims that it comes out at the same time or a week later, but in the end it doesn't matter. From a pragmatic standpoint, even if you were one measly week ahead, you'd still only get one manga a week.

Kishi is Japanese. It's released in Japan days before anywhere else, they need to be translated from Japanese to English or other languages and of course that takes time.
