Im not really a fan of Deidara, and I don't hate Sasuke either, but the ending of that fight was really BS. Sure, a win is a win, I don't deny that, but how he won is what really bugs me.

Deidara notices that he was at his limit, and Sasuke was even on the ground trying to catch his breath. He already had enough electricity to stop Deidara's snake at that moment, you think he would have used a Chidori Sharp Spear and end this from that distance.

His Sharingan even disappears. Yet after all he's been through...

He's able to pull off his Sharingan again, make a high level summon, and use a genjustu on Manda to get away. Also, note the distance between Sasuke and Deidara. He was falling over and couldn't even move, and yet he was able to do this within the span of a few seconds?

To me this sounds like more of a last resort to keep Sasuke alive and kicking throughout the series.
