Of course you'll get a few fraudsters, but most are legit. There's no such thing as a cure for cancer; the term itself is just an umbrella term for countless diseases. The truth is, there's no money in hiding a wonder cure.

If there were such a cure, the money to be made from that would completely overshadow what would be made from hiding it. Greed would drive its release, not its concealment.
