Even someone had Rinnegan, to summon Gedo Mazou/Juubi it is impossible coz Gedo Mazou/Juubi had been seal in Kaguya own dimension... Even Sasuke Rinnegan can't open & go there & SOP itself also can't go there also..

Summoning is a Space/Time technique. Who says it's 100% impossible to Summon it from that dimension? The four of them were summoned after defeating Kaguya...

Incorrect to a degree, Sasuke summoned a hawk there so the reverse rules obviously apply. Team 7 and Bijuu were also summoned from there. :|
