Is it senju chakra or DNA needed to awaken the rinnegan?

This ^ Otherwise Obito would have awakened his own Rinnegan if it were just chakra and DNA. Heck orochimaru or Kabuto would have gained Rinnegan if it was just chakra or dna since they both had Madara's and Hashirama's DNA between the two of them.

Sasuke doesn't have Asuhra's chakra, yet he has the rinnegan.

Obito has Hashirama's cells and Madara's black rod/chakra inside him as well.

So Obito is both Hashirama and Madara, Indra and Ashura.

He didn't awaken the rinnegan because he didn't have both his eyes.

In my opinion I will say you need : Uchiha DNA + Senju DNA = Rineegan .
