Probably, if he is using deva path then he should have the others. Although it is likely that his tomoe rinnegan will have more than basic rinnegan, just take his S/T technique which uses his tomoe rinnegan.

However I think it's a little too far fetched to say he has limbo, which may or may not come to pass.
