Yeah. Windows 8 is just for looks and the features are not that appealing unless you're a die hard Microsoft fan. I want to upgrade to Win 8 Caz all my friends use it ._.

LOL nothing will happen, just make sure it's pre activated, I have a cracked version as well. It's pretty safe, unless you're one of those guys who would just love to tinker around with it, Windows 7's mainstream support has ended, anyways windows 8.1 is ok, but barely an improvement compared to it's original release, which is windows 8 and was utterly terrible.
Windows 8.1 has incredible memory management compared to 7. A huge improvement in memory intensive tasks.

What do you mean by that? Are you saying I won't get the proper experience of Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 is better?
I feel Buying windows is the best way if you are just a casual user. But I don't go around buying every single piece of shit that Microsoft drops. I will consider windows 10 if it has good reviews. I would recommend the same to you.

I do not think you will be able to install updates for improvement and security patches but most pirates dont care about that. Also pirate a good anitivirus while you are at it.

Nope, I guess you should not get a cracked version of Windows. I used to have Windows 7 Ultimate (Duplicate) on my laptop but it kept slowing down as the time passed by. It eventually reached a state where the entire system stopped working. So nope, don't get a cracked one.
Get the original copy of Windows Oh and yeah, Windows 7 is much better.
