For once, I agree with Femme. Tsunade can pretty much null the poison with her regen.

If the Byakugou can repair her cells faster than the poison destroys them, than yes, Tsunade wins this. If not one scratch and she is screwed.

She won against Orochimaru, crown the 3 legendary sannin, plus she's a Senju. You should know her feats before underestimating her. Who killed Hidan Shikamaru. I could make a thread about this you know what I will

1. Tsunade didn't beat Orochimaru, he was still alive.
2. Orochimaru had absolutely no access to his ninjutsu, the fact that Tsunade didn't rip his head off is just hilarious.
3. Tsunade had Shizune, Naruto, herself, and Jiraiya to fight alongside her. While all three Sannin were crippled, Orochimaru had the most severe handicap, and survived the battle even though he was outnumbered at the time.
4. Shikamaru killed Hidan with prep time, give prep to Konan and she solo's 99% of the NV.

Feats? Tsunade doesn't have feats, and has never won a fight. You're overestimating her, by a mile. Hidan takes her medium difficulty, plain and simple. And her being a Senju means absolutely nothing, due to the fact that she's a mere shadow of her grandfather and his brother.
