It's hard to say considering that we haven't seen much of Oro with his jutsu. Until just recently, his arms were in the Reaper Death Seal. The only thing we really have to on is the one fight that he had with the 3rd Hokage.

Sasuke been surpassed Orochimaru. Even with Edo Tensei. Sasuke's can make him undo the jutsu or Edo Tensei corpse release their contact with genjutsu.


Edit: 2nd - 4th Hokage doesn't have a feat that can break Susano'o. He can't even control Hashirama.
