Is it safe to assume people in Konoha don't know Naruto defeated Sasuke?

But what if they said they lost it when they fought Kaguya?

First Sasuke comitted crimes. Then he helped fight Obito, Madara and Kaguya and redeemed himself. So, because he helped he was forgiven.

If people knew that after redeeming himself he once again attacked Naruto, they would still consider him a criminal. So, does it mean that Naruto asked Kakashi or Sakura not to mention they fought?

That means that not any other Shinobi knows that Naruto defeated Sasuke.

Do you think that other people should find out or should it remain a secret?

Some people may be smart enough to realize it but most would probably not know.

They know it was on all the world news Chanel and Kakashi telling Sasuke that Naruto save Sasuke from being executed by the Go Kage’s and the Lords for His crimes. And in Naruto the Last Young Women from all over the World came to Konoha to see the Savior of the World Naruto Uzumaki Ino even commented on it and the movie is canon.

But he didn't know his father 'defeated' him until Sasuke told Boruto that he lost to his father during the Hokage's Office scene. If you pay close attention when Sasuke told Bolt that he lost to Naruto, his facial expression changes for a second.

As far as we know. only team7 knows it was a tie and only naruto and sasuke knows sasuke lost. if you read the scroll of legends, it only mentions about naruto's role as the jink who defeated kaguya and saved the world with the help of a boy 'with powerful eyes. that's it. no mention of naru vs sasu
