]. If Tobirama allowed the Uchiha their rights [whether he was skeptical or not] there would have been no need for a revolt. If Hiruzen correctly played his role as Hokage, Shisui wouldn't have to be sacrificed and the entire Uchiha clan Massacre wouldn't have taken place, meaning that Itachi, Sasuke and Naruto would have still had their families and there would have been no 4th great Ninja war. ​

best first post ever. still your competing with trolls. anyway the juubi is madaras fault, but madara was tobirama and hashis fault. izuna probably has more blame for madara then hashi oand tobirama do though. you cant put it all on the hokages. everything post vote battle is the fault of the kages of all 5 villages. they allowed madara to exist and even fed him pawns and gave him the tools needed to succeed in his plans. basicaly the first generation of kages were almost innocent. they were all victims of the past who had founded the villages to stop people like them from being created again. madara screwd that up again and again it wasnt all his fault. everything after that was the fault of all the kages not just hokages. its very complicated. you couldnt just pinpoint one group of people until the second in konohas case 3rd generation of kages.
