Is it really borrowed if it was preordained?

Is naruto getting all the bijuu really borrowed if it was preordained?

I mean it was prophesied almost a millineum before he was born.
No matter what he did or tried to avoid it,it was bound to happen.

Neji was right,he can't escape destiny.

Narutos birthright and soul right was to lead the bijuu.

The young hyuuga was correct

I'm not referring to those powers you mentioned in that post . I suppose 'free' power means power obtained with little to no effort , while 'borrowed' power means power obtained by using sb's power and is a reversible process (they can be returned )

sasuke's CM isn't free because he had to impress oro by showcasing his combat capacity

why would you insist that there iaren't such things as borrowed power or free power?
