Sasuke lost tomoe and regained them in the last chapter, I honestly don't know what is going on but I assume that he loses them when he uses the ability and gains them back after a certain amount of time. Perhaps it's something like izanagi, but instead of removing his eyesight it removes tomoe and regenerates over time.
