Since Uchiha's can get the Rinnegan with implanting Senju DNA and possessing the MS/EMS do you think that the senju can get the rinnegan through implanting Uchiha DNA or perhaps implanting their eyes?

Would it be possible for a non senju/uchiha to gain the rinnegan by implanting both DNA/eyes?

We've seen Danzo implant senju DNA and Uchiha eyes....but only 1 of them replaced his actual eyes, somewhat like how Obito has senju DNA and only 1 MS eye and didn't awaken the rinnegan.

I don't think the Senju need their eyes, just their DNA and they get Rinnegan like Nagato had it cept they can revert to normal eyes, assuming they get it.

i think if a senju planted an ems in their eyes it would turn into a rinnegan but not a regular sharingan or mangekyou
and i dont think it could be any senju either

Possibly, but the chance would be very small, now even every uchihas has sharingan.
And even then take it to the MS is huge luck, never mind the rinnegan.

Well, its basically senju body + uchiha eyes = rennigan, so it could be possible for anyone to get it, though chances could be slimmer and/or they'd have extreme difficulty controlling their powers.

Senju would need EMS implanted. Just giving the Senju DNA of the Uchiha would be like giving the Uchiha the Senju's Eyes. THat would really mess the Uchiha up.

I don't even think that EMS is necessary to awaken the Rinnegan. It doesn't seem to be an evolution of the EMS in the same fashion that the MS is an evolution of 3-Tomoe. Rinnegan seems like a stand alone Dojutsu, hence why the Sage had it w/o having the Sharingan and why Nagato had it and couldn't use the Sharingan abilities. Also Madara never mentioned EMS being prerequisite of the Rinnegan he just said you need Senju and Uchiha DNA so I do think the Senju could get it by implanting Uchiha DNA. It wouldn't make sense that one side of the family can access Rikudou's power while the other half can't.

No it is not.

It is simple logic.

Uchiha who already possess the eyes implant Senju DNA -> Rinnegan
Senju who already possess the Body implant an MS/EMS (Unknown whether it's MS or only EMS) -> Rinnegan

Nowhere is it stated that this method is reserved for the Uchiha because of their sovereignty.
