Is it Possible That each MS Holder has there own special jutsu . Like Kakashi with his Kamui , Sasuke and his Blaze Release Manipulation , & Shisui his KA ?

Sasuke does. Because you need Tsukyomi + Amaterasu for Susasno'o.
