Is it possible to create a bloodline nature transformation without the bloodline?

Can Current Naruto and Sasuke create bloodline nature transformation like Lava, Ice, Boil, Scorch, and Wood on their own without having the actual bloodline to do so?

-I mean it happened when Sasuke use his Sharingan to make sure the chakra ratio of his Blaze Release:Kagutsuchi and Naruto's Wind Release:RasenShuriken perfect to combine and create Scorch Release: Nimbus Gale Jet-Black Arrow Formation: Zero

Minato didn't like the name, but Scorch Release still stands because it's the combination of Wind and Fire(It was said that Blaze Release is the highest level of Fire Release in the 3rd Databook)

Naruto already used multiple since he has Chakra Origin which is the Bijuus he can do anything

But he used all nine nature against Kaguya.

Where as Sasuke has only shown lightning and fire

But do you not see the scans of them combining Fire and Wind in a perfect chakra ratio to create Scorch... and Scorch was said to be a Bloodline jutsu like Lava, Boil, ect.

This was way before their Six Path's and Tailed Beast power ups(excluding Kurama).

You;re not even really answering the question. He asked if the base chakra nature wind and blaze, when combined together, can create a bloodline nature realease without it being bloodline. Scorch release is a bloodline kekkai genkai used by combining Wind and Fire realease, so when naruto and sasuke combined these two natures, minato called it scorch release! So, by theory, naruto and sasuke should be able to use scorch release by combining their two chakra natures. This is completely apart from the other abilities given to naruto by the bijuu's.

Sasuke can absorb Naruto's RSM so he can definitely use those bloodlines

It depends. For something like wood style, you need a bloodline. Many have earth and water natures, but only Hashirama's cells can produce the jutsu. On the other hand, dust release apparently only requires the appropriate chakra natures and the right knowledge, seeing as Onoki and his mentor were not relatives.

So, I think it's safe to say some are true bloodline jutsu, which require a specific type of body in order to work, but others are only rare nature combinations, considered bloodline because of the advanced difficulty of the techniques and the rarity of multiple Chakra natures.
