Could Kakashi have woken up one day with the Mangekyo Sharingan?

All of Kakashi's known loved ones supposedly died before Part 1. Is it possible that Obito awakened his MS, thus causing Kakashi to automatically gain his?

I think Kakashi always had the MS but never actually knew how to use it and only upon experiencing it first hand with Itachi did he learn to or had an idea how to use it. I think Obito awakened his MS by surviving his "death". And since the eyes are linked, it would only make sense that Kakashi's MS would also be awakened.

Yeah I think Obito losing Rin caused Kakashi's MS to develop.
