Remember that scene where Morpheus trains Neo in the Matrix? Kinda like that.

Madara was able to control everything and warp reality in his genjutsu world. Do you think its possible Madara taught him all the Uchiha kinjutsu, Ying-Yang Release and Rinnegan Jutsu here?

He probably taught Obito all that he knew in that Dreamworld. He can't exactly train there since it's just a genjutsu. My guess is that he taught Obito in the genjutsu first (Probably the Uchiha jutsu along with the Six Paths by showing them to him and how they work) and then Obito himself began to train in reality to actually improve and get used to his new body (since he was shown training by himself).

Off-topic:
Nagato apparently mastered the 5 elements and stuff under Jiraiya's care but he might've learned more about the Rinnegan from Obito after Yahiko died. It's just speculation though.

Uchiha kinjutus and yin yang release makes sense because they have the power to do it. But there is no way he trained him in any rinnegan jutsu without having the actual rinnegan.
