Is it possible for Itachi to defeat Killer bee?

Itachi's Tsukuyomi takes it. In my opinion, the torture will impact Killer Bee's psyche before the Hachibi can physically transfer its chakra to Bee to break him out of non-instantaneously effective illusions.
