I think you missed the chapters where it was revealed that Madara set the whole thing with him becoming evil up. I think you also missed the few chaps where we saw what he was like growing up. Think you also missed the parts where Naruto forgave him and he chose to help them and he basically saved sauce's life. Ya know little things like that add up and really come to define your true intentions.

It would be to hard for to write him back in as a citizen any where... his character was really a victim until the end, If it wasn't for him though this manga would have ended a few chapters ago ago when Sauce was displaced...

the only way for Obito to come back is if he gets Reincarnated, other then that he's gone for good...
