Is it only me that thinks naruto and sasuke are fighting for fun?

Well, maybe naruto doesn't know sasuke's true motive during there fight but I kinda feel like sasuke is trying to test naruto's ability to see if he is really fit to become the hokage. Therefore since he knew that he is the closest person in terms of power that can challenge naruto, I think he is trying to see how naruto will counter the situation. [In addition] naruto is definately holding back if not, he wouldn't have made a bijuu dama that has the same size as kurama's head.
