I was reading the wiki when I read that Sanji's name was supposed to be Naruto.

Is it okay that Sanji's name is really Sanji or would it be better off as Naruto?

Sanji sounds more elegant and smooth, Naruto sounds so rocky and rough (because of the r maybe) which does not suit his chic personality
