Unrelated people reproducing is a part of a natural selection, it's an evolutionary benefit and therefore, humans have evolved to embrace it, while incest was determined to be harmful by evolution, for humans anyways, so we shun it.

It shouldn't be mandatory for people to accept them, people can think what they want, at least on an individual level.

But to let one's non-acceptance lead to going out of your way to affect other people negatively, then that's not okay. And it seems like that's what that church did. Another reason why churches are stupid.

You don't have to embrace it and support it, but I don't think you should be anti-homosexuality and want people to not have rights. Just don't be a douchebag about it. It's interesting to me that you say that though, as it is highly possible that a religious institution could do something like this out of spite rather than on the grounds of actual policy.

It actually is ok to not accept homosexuality if you choose to do so. It is your choice. I am not against homosexuality, and I think everyone should do as they please. But if it is against the Church's beliefs to bury a dead, homosexual man, then that is their choice even if it is kinda mean.
