Well current Naruto is some tiers higher than Kakashi when it comes to speed,on the other hand deva doesnt have the best speed feats.

But his sensei is MINATO. Minato could beat the Deva Path. If Minato seen Kakashi beat Devs Path I bet he'll be sooo proud. Minato was proud that Naruto beat Devs Path
