Is it not obvious who Mitsuki is?

All this mystery origin stuff is getting annoying. Is it not obvious he's somehow related to Toneri? For those that haven't seen The Last yet, (slight spoilers) at the end Naruto and Hinata tried to befriend Toneri and even invited him to come to earth with them but he declines, and maybe Mitsuki being in Konoha is his way of living up to the offer. Maybe Mitsuki is his son and he was sent from wherever they were living to earth. I know for a fact they are related. Mitsuki's name even has something to do with the moon (full moon I believe). They even look similar IMO. Reason I'm making this thread is cause I don't see it being discussed much.

Because of what you said, common sense because they look like twins, and the fact that Kishimoto said in Jump Festa 2014 he wanted Toneri to appear in the Boruto Movie (while he was writing the script) but his editors told him no because they wouldn't have the time (probably to explain why he came here or w.e)

Didn't know Kishi said that, interesting. That's the icing on the cake for me. Can't wait to see.

takL translated it before he mysteriously disappeared last year. I got a few screen shots with information from it, the relative shit like Bolto is the MC for the movie, both Bolt/Sasuke have big roles in the movie.

Crap like that. I agree, it would be nice for Toneri to have a happy ending, his character wasn't that terrible, he was just used horribly.
