So, quick question, can close when answered: I know the individual character stories aren't by kishi, but what about the mini "part 3". The one that just involves some antics after 700. Is this kishi?

Kishimoto will be writin part3, the light novels if I may say are not yet confirmed to be written by the blood prison authour...

Anyways, blood prison was very good movie (the best one) before road to ninja... So if he is writing the books I think its a relief for me at least for the books to have good storyline and (plot)..

Though I am fond of a lot of filler content, or something that was not done by Kishi, it still kinda feels like I am reading a fan-fiction or something...

You can definitely appreciate it, but it just breaks you away from immersion a little, knowing that Kishimoto's characters didn't actually go through the experience of that filler content.

Even if the guy who wrote Blood Prison will continue something, he has to continue from Kishimoto's work. So he has to follow every step Kishimoto has made...
