Lately I've been noticing in the versus threads that ppl are just posting Naruto/Sasuke/Etc Vs. Everyone else.

Is this really what its come too? Are Certain characters just so ridiculously strong that a 1v1 match just isnt challenging enough?

I hope that they have some strong weaknesses too. I dont want any characters to just be pretty much invincible. Its no fun that way.

Op tier - Naruto, sasuke

high kage tier- Muu, 3rd raikage, itachi , minato, 2nd mizu , etc

from op tier and upwards, its gonna take like 3+ significant characters to even do anything
