Is it just me or is the base a shadow of its former self?

I loved this site back in 2012 and before. Threads were actually analytically based instead of shit-flinging based.

Nowadays 90% of threads are about putting others down or shit-flinging.

I havn't seen a quality thread for years.

Is this just me?
