Could be. I mean Sasuke wants to know about the clan, the village, and about Itachi's feelings and why he was so loyal to the village so if it is the Uchiha area, which i sorta doubt, they'd be be out to meet Shisui. I don't know guess we have to wait to see

No actually it looks the same, the "rooftop" at the entrance is broken so the foundation of the wood is shown in 617, it's definitely not a Torii because its attached to the walls, and a Torii in a shrine stands on its' own.
