is it just me or do you find DD forces kinda lame?
I mean all through out OP DD has been preaching about an era of strength bla bla bla and yet it seems his underlings are not as strong as hyped.
i mean loo at franky a(not taking anything away from the cola cyborg) but he has been shining not just against 1, but 2 of Dofla's underlings...not once but twice.
After the Hype on Diamante i wasnt impressed by his DF, I hope oda shows as more, I hope its as flexible as luffy's
as for Pica if his DF is on buildings am not impresed either. i would be if it was a merging fruit.....i.e he can merge into anything!

am i alone or someone shares my point of view?

We haven't even seen them fight fully, so basing them on their appearance and DF isn't the best way to go. You're also forgetting Vergo who I think is stronger than Luffy and Law only got lucky cause of his DF ability. However I think my statement about "Vergo>Luffy" will change once Luffy beats Doffy this arc, which it may or may not happen. :p

I'm just hoping that Pika pushes Zoro near his limit, similar to how Mr.1 & kaku did.

Diamante, Pica and Trebol are the monster trio of DD pirates, How can you make a statement like this without even knowing their power? There has been no enemy except the Marines and maybe BB that has had more than 4 extremely powerful enemies, not everyone in the Flamingo crew can be OP

And Diamante's fruit is potentially extremely OP

How can you not love the DD crew ... One is a pudding, one is hard boiled, one is rocking glasses like noone else, ... This is why I love OP there is no other series I know that can pull of this kind of ridiculous stuff, not only that Oda actually makes it look epic

Diamante's power could actually be very problematic for Rebecca, Barto and "Lucy." If he touches the stage and makes it flutter, he could cause them to lose their footing or even knock them into the water by whipping it like a rug to launch them up and over.

Law didn't "get lucky", he was just better than Vergo. Doffy was assured that Vergo's Haki could counter Law's DF, meaning Vergo must have gotten past Law's cutting power in the past with his Haki body. If Law could be "lucky against Vergo" cuz of his DF ability, he never would have got that ass whooping back in the day, which means Law won cuz he was better.

We havent really seen them fight. Wait till the end of Dressrosa Arc to make that sort of judgement. Are you really judging a "book by his cover"?

Vergo is not stronger than luffy.
He isn't even stronger than zoro.
He is near level of sanji.

No, no, no. Vergo lost to Law because he was f*cking cocky, he tought that Law was still that weak kid from the past, that cost him the match, near Sanji's level? He fractured Sanji's leg and he wasn't even serious, and Sanji must have crazy strong and powerful legs because that's his style and he spent 2 years training them so vergo cracking one is a big deal, he beat the shit out of Smoker and so far he har superior haki then luffy and he's fast too and proficient in Rokushiki, you're severly underestimating Vergo because he lost to Law, who has one of the most haxxed fruits.

If vergo have hurt sanji then sanji have also hurt vergo.
They were exchanging blows equally and vergo at no point was able to over power him , otherwise his situation would be same as what happened against DD.

Yes and Laws fruit is part of Laws power ... What if I said WB, Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru aren't really all that strong because they have haxed fruits?

Vergo was 1 shot (by a very, very f'd up Law), deal with it, Law>Vergo and it's very likely that Luffy>Law

Not to mention Sanji's body was extremely f'd up when he fought Vergo

Like I said, Vergo only lost because he was cocky, I'm not saying Law won because of his fruit, Vergo should've stick to speed and dodging Law's slashes, and Sanji's body was f'ed up, do you really think that's an excuse, Vergo would still win, hell I don't even think Zoro could defeat Vergo.

@Frikid: Didn't Sanji caught Vergo off guard in that first panel, they were exchanging blows, but the one with a fractured leg was Sanji where Vergo was still fine and proceeded to fight Law and Smoker.

I never said sanji > vergo, but only proved they are still in same league.
See my initial post, "vergo is near sanji's level"

And Sanji didn't use all his strength in that battle, diamble jambe.
If you can say sanji caught vergo offgaurd, it can also be said , vergo caught sanji off guard, he didn't activate haki when he took that blow.
AS you can see in the pic sanji was exchanging blow against vergo :

If vergo was really that strong as you make him, sanji would be having broken legs.

I like them more than most Strawhats

I'm just hoping that Pika pushes Zoro near his limit, similar to how Mr.1 & kaku did.

I suspect the outcome will be somewhere in the middle of that.

Vergo couldn't dodge that slash. It spanned enough to cut a mountain in half. And Vergo most likely attacked with the same speed, but since Law no longer had the disadvantage of Vergo having his heart, he was able to actually counter-attack this time.
