Is it just me or are all the ripped characters in Naruto weaker?

Hi I'm new to the base (as a member) and have finally been convinced to register after a year and a half,anyways I noticed after all these episodes of naruto and especially the Naruto movies nearly all the ripped characters in Naruto are usually weaker than the skinnier guys like Naruto Sasuke Madara with the exception of A,hm I could be wrong?anymore exceptions?

Madara doesn't look skinny though. He actually looks more ripped than Naruto and Sasuke.
