I honestly dont m ind the fillers, its just that we wait for all the breaks just to get crappy anbimation work? you know what i mean?

Yes Naruto has horrible animation unless a big fight or moment occurs, then it has good quality.
As far as good quality I say that for Naruto standards.

Exactly. Adding insult to injury, the fillers tend to have better animation than the actual canon episodes.

As far as good quality I say that for Naruto standards.

mainly this. The animation will probably get really nice (by Naruto Animation Standards) When Kaguya Appears and when Naruto and Sasuke have their final fight.

Honestly I was kind of dissapointed in Guy's 8th Gate animation. The fiery hair and brows seemed somewhat drab and Evening Elephant didn't really look as epic as it did in the manga. My fault I guess for expecting better though. Even the animators seemed burnt out on the Naruto Manga.
