....That Kakashi and Rin are surrounded by Mist Shinobi and the village that gets controlled by Madara/Obito is the Hidden Mist Village?

There are two things that Madara/Obito did in Kirigakure when pretending to be the Mizukage: First, they had lots of children kill each other, and second they hunted down and killed people with kekkei genkai. I suspect we're going to get an explanation for those things in the coming chapters.

It's not going to be the real kakashi and rin it will be zetsu pretending to be them so they can trick obito into being evil

If so, i hope Kishi will let Kakashi reveal the truth behind the disappearance of Rin.
