No, it's not. But it wouldn't really fit for the demographics Shonen aims for. That will be considered a Seinen-type then.

Not really but since the manga is aimed at teenagers the good side has to win as a unwritten rule

If the main character is a villain then no, it's allowed. Shonen are targeted to a huge audience but it's main audience is roughly 12. I think the term Shonen means boy. My point is that having the villain win normally means death and failure for the good guy which is a message that Shonen Jump and other magazines probably would not like to send. Which is pretty understandable.

To answer your question it's not illegal but that's probably not the kind of thing shonen magazines would like to have. I'm sure there might be at least one that's like that though.

And then they die afterward.

It can happen as long their villains die also.

It's a kid's magazine so, like with much of kid's media in the U.S. they might have their own rules for how conflicts are carried out and resolved. For example, in the U.S. no usage of drugs or guns by any character in a comic was allowed unless they were used by a badguy and only as long as the badguy was defeated and punished by the end. I'm pretty sure that for its target audience Shonen Jump has to have conflicts settled in a positive way. For anything else, the publisher has other magazines for that.

It's not illegal for a heel to win the match, no. In fact, it happens pretty often. Heels usually generate hatred for themselves by taking out some of the more beloved Faces, making the audience really want to see them get taken down. It's just another part of the business.

Actually, there is one where the evil wins, called as "Devilman". It is a horror shonen fight manga and the ending was disgusting to me.

well, ur saying this now but if the villains started winning u won't like it......just read Berserk, The sh*tiest universe for a hero. And i'm just desperately waiting for the day when Guts put the fking godhand's heads on the top of DragonSlayer....
And He is pretty much alone against the entire Demon world.....ye the odds can't be worse
