for manga especially large scale/intense fighting base manga like Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Toriko, DB, FMB, Tokyo Ghoul etc because of their speed level, DC, and Power is keep increasing overtime compared to manga like Death Note, Detective Conan, as example?

What is your opinion?

Yes it is. It take Skills & Knowledge to do so, there manga where they can't keep up whit it. Like Naruto in the Last arc. ( Kakashi DMS, Black Zetsu Backstory Bull$&$, Ect, Ect) but there manga whit in the one you said that does an amazing job at it. Toriko does it so Flawless is to realistic. (Theoretically)

Yes it is. In order to keep the plot fresh and not boring, powerups are necessary, but they make scaling impossible, so long mangas get character comparisons like Part I Hiruzen and Part II Hashirama, who should be slightly comparable, but in reality are nowhere near each other.

It shouldn't be when you have a great knowing of your own story and never loose track of what you're doing, otherwise you'll end up with a character way stronger than the people who are suppose to defeat it and when you come to realize it you need to bring Kaguya in hue hue hue hue.

Any story when it's too long needs that much planning. A flexible and lose plot line and a free verse will allow you more freedom. Like a verse in OP or Hunter VS Hunter - which keeps expanding and many of the arcs in between can have stand alone position or be used as a hook to further the story.

Death Note verse could be taken another route with making it in a constant long chase but it would have lost the appeal much faster. People already don't like Near as much as Lawliet .

And in the end not everything can be preplanned and something had to be edited or added only later on. You can pick more complex stories like Lord of the ring verse- it goes on and on and writer still could add many more. But people do complain about lack of Legolas in Hobbit despite fascinating stories and the extensive work which went into it.

In a battle shonen yes, so as to keep readers intrigued. But there are a plethora of other manga which are very close to real life.

Berserk, HxH, Law of Ueki, YYH are few fantasy manga which keep their plot very consistent and it is attained due to Character/world development.
