I find her very underrated
I admit she's weaker than Muu, the 3rd Raikage, Onoki and a few other kages but she can definitely beat the monkey dude from part1, Gaara, Gaara's father or the 3rd Kazekage and she's very young so she will improve in the future

One of the strongest? Maybe, but she doesnt quite hold a candle to the hokages or the raikage and I think the 2nd and 4th mizukage could take her mid-high difficulty,but there still are quite a lot of people who she could beat. Potential? I guess she's still pretty young so I guess she could get stronger.
