On that note I think the Hokages might screw up Kaguya's plans especially Tobirama given how well he employ his highly perceptive and analytical skills to create strategies and counter-measures.

hate to admit it but yeah they probably will be. they can't do much right now bc of the lava and they can't have naruto taking care of them all the time
plus the hokages can do way more at this point escpecially tobirama i bet he's gonna be the most helpful in whooping kaguyas ass

I do like Tobirama but I'm not a fanboy and this isn't a debate about if he is the best strategist among them.

But if you take into account the dialogue of this chapter it's pretty safe to say Tobirama got this.

P.s Out of the Hokages Tobirama, Minato and Hiruzen are the highly intelligent ones but I feel that Tobirama's knowledge is more in-depth.
