The fanboy in me wants to say that naruto still has RSM but after watching the new movie I'd have to say that he doesnt possess those powers anymore. Just doesnt make sense why he wouldnt use any of his abilities in the movie.

His rasenshuriken is so much cooler now, he's better at taijutsu also, and he can consolidate his kurama cloak into different parts of body enhancing certain physical attributes.

He's clearly stronger than what we have seen in the manga based off of abilities in base mode. But to answer your question, naruto never used his unique RSM powers in the movie so he must've lost it.

PS. For those who say "he flew, so that proves he still has his RSM powers"....I say unto thee, NAY. Kurama was flying for a little bit too. Hell, even hinata was floating towards the end. And when they were in the pond that doesnt get them wet, it looked like shikamaru and crew all flew for a little bit. So, who knows how much of that is creative license and how much of it is a true representation of his powers.

first of all, toneri pretty much negged naruto twice in the movie.

the first time he literally caused naruto's chakra to come out of him causing a big explosion. naruto was out for 3 days and it took sakura giving him most of her chakra to heal him.

2nd time was during the final battle, toneri after being beat in the fight absorbed all of naruto's chakra making him drop to his knees, hinata however gave naruto her chakra which has hamura chakra

First off if you'd watched the movie you'd know Hamura chakra is nothing special it just stops toneri from absorbing your chakra and u talking like naruto didn't whoop his ass before that yes toneri knocked him out for 3 days I'll give u that and u talking like naruto needed a lit of help to beat him when all he got was chakra but u don't talk about how toneri needed all those byakugan and a little girls eyes to fight naruto

He can't use it because he's used up the chakra that Bijuu's 2-7 gave him. He's only actually got parts of Shukaku, Gyuuki and the whole of Kurama. The rest was just chakra given in the same manner Kurama did to Kakashi.

He still has Rikudou chakra though, so he only needs to get said chakras to be able to use RSM again.
