Rinne Tensei and the Fruit Tree, and other similar tech that revives the dead people being alive again, HOWEVER the latest chapter did show Naruto got a new power, AND does it mean that he can just spam that new power to revive people, like places his hand on the others chest?
To me it doesn't make any sense..... How and why?

Yeah that's what I thought about, since why would Naruto replaced his sign into Guy's heart to somehow revive him again? It doesn't make any sense, because maybe he can just revive Neji.
