Is it possible to have a drawing on my Welcoming Message or anywhere where people can see it?

For example like Obito giving a thumbs up or a salute with Kakashi and Rin next to him. Adult or kid. Whichever. I'm gonna basically fix my profile to make it unquie in a way. So if that's possible then thanks! If anything just lead me to any threads that coincide with what I'm trying to explain.
