Is Ino a Copycat?

I am not hating on Ino, just curious.
Why did Ino decide to be a Medical-nin like Sakura...She didn't really have to learn Medical-Ninjutsu. Is she Sakura's role model or something? Was it because she thought Medical-Ninjutsu was going to be needed for everyone that had gotten injured or sick in Konoha and/or any other village? Did she believe this was the only other thing that she could've learned? Or was it because she wanted to become alot more stronger so she had no idea on what else to learn other than to heal. I mean, Ino could've thought of an extra trick to her "Mind-Transfer Jutsu". Also, she could have figured out a way to control the jutsu more easily.

I think Ino just wanted to be a medical-nin since she wanted to do a better job at it then Sakura. U_U

cause she is Sakura's rival but she gets pwned cause she is to scared to heal bodies that are bruised badly and she runs off and then Sakura does the healing thats wat happened in one of the episodes i think

it was before Ino wanted to become med, after that she was doing those things and Ino DID improve her Shintenshin No Jutsu, she can control 2 bodies (maybe even more) at once

yes but they can break out of her jutsu like Sakura did right???

Because she felt useless (which she is) when the konaha 11 and sand siblings tried to fight someone and she just kept getting in the way.
