Is Honey Clover too Loli-con ??

Recently, i began to read the manga Honey Clover . For those of you who haven't read or watched the anime, its a Shojo manga about a love triangles and mainly focuses one two college guys (Yuta and Shinobu) falling in love with an odd young looking girl who's also 18 named Hagu.
Anyways, is it just me or does Hagu look like a 7 or 8 year old compared to the other characters ? Despite how well written and illustrated the manga is, how young she looks made it really hard for me to get in to it .
I know she's supposed to look young but to me this is a bit too far.
How do you guys feel about it ?

Well if that's true, then YES it does look like that judging from the fact she is at least half everyone else's size.

Well it there is sexual overtones present in the manga depicting her then it is considered a lolicon.
It may not me its main focus,but it is definitely present.

It's not perverted ( like an ecchi) but the characters imminently fall in love with her at first glance .And it's a romantic manga/anime ..
Don't get me wrong the series is good but its a bit weird at times .

It's not Lolicon.... guys. It's called Loli. Lolicon means, lolita complex. How is this girl a "lolita complex"? That doesn't make sense. The word Lolicon is used to describe someone who like lolita material...

a friend of my girl gave me this anime to watch, been 2years cant bring myself to watch it...
seems so boring after watching for 2-3minutes.
