But how does he counter Kamui? The Hokage's bind the Juubi. I don't think Naruto would simply negg diff them. They have powerful jutsu too.

Individually, yes. Collectively, yes he is stronger. But he can't defeat them collectively in battle. Why? cause they're the previous hokages, not some average shinobis.

Naruto is strong, because he has Kurama, which is basically a free handout chakra source. Take it away and what do you got? He could probably only beat Tsunade and Kakashi without Kurama's chakra.
