Far from it, Edo hiruzen still is weaker in Speed/strength and chakra size compared to his prime self. Edo tensei is stated to revive you in the state you died, Hiruzen Died in a state that was said to be nothing compared to his prime, Thus the same applies for Edo hiruzen.

Again he was simply testing obito's abilities, Tobirama used mere paper bombs instead of some over powered suiton.

No. By feats she'd survive and be in a coma for weeks while the other gokage lay dead. She only needed oro because she constantly kept sharingan her chakra to try heal the other gokage while she was split in two, instead of just taking care of herself.
