Is Hiruzen actually the weakest hokage?

I know people hype him to be the strongest hokage and maybe that was the case in the plot of part 1, but judging by facts now can he actually be the weakest hokage? There certainly can be an argument for it IMO.

1. Hashi. Can beat EMS Madara + Kyuubi, nuff said. He's the man.

2. Tobirama. By hype is the best suiton user, has s/t jutsu, and has ET jutsu. Seems pretty beast, but we'll leave him off the list since we haven't seen him in action and he has no feats. I personally think he is better than Hiruzen but who knows.

4. Minato. Beast and was able to take Hiruzen's job before he died. He was also considerably superior to old Hiruzen as Anko even said with Minato here Orochimaru wouldn't even be a problem during the Chuunin exams. I have a hard time believing Hiruzen can counter an FTG followed by Rasengan or throat slash with kunai.

5. Tsunade. Senju DNA + lifeforce + medical skills and is a sannin. This could go either way.

He's never able to beat Hashi and Minato IMO

He does stand a good chance against Tobirama and Tsunade tho

No, I was just listing him as #2 as the second person to talk about since he's the second hokage. Not ranking.

Old age isn't as much of a factor as we thought in part 1, Onoki has proven that over, and over.

I'm sure loss of personality is a fair trade off for unlimited chakra and immortality as wall as they're age, numbers and emotional advantage.

Never said it was, however the way they fought as Edo could have been different from how they would have fought when they were alive

Nope. As orochimaru was in full control of their actions, they can't control their bodies orochimaru did.

He wanted to toy and torment hiruzen not just kill him right away. He enjoyed watching him suffer at the hands of his sensei's so he took it slow. While orochimaru was enjoying his game hiruzen realised he is not going to win this one and had to resort to RDS

I don't think Orochimaru controlled them like Kabuto did with Nagato and 3rd Raikage, he just added the Kuni and let them attack.

But wouldn't you think that since he did that, that they were being controlled by him?
